【場地】112學年度寒假暨第二學期場地預借結果及寒假、112-2場地開放時間公告
**場地申請僅接受整點借用(如 9:00)，如場協結果非整點(如 9:30)，皆以無條件提前處理，敬請見諒**
一、請申請獲准者在活動前務必至場地借用系統確認申請資訊，路徑如下：
| iNCCU -->我的校務資訊服務 -->全部 -->場地申請登記 -->申請單查詢 -->點選單號確認資訊 |
(一)請務必確認場地、借用日期起迄、時間起迄等資料是否正確。
(二)借用E化教室者請務必上過E化課程取得認證才得以借用。
二、請完成以下流程，方完成場地借用：
| 列印申請單 -->至課外組核章（四維堂、雲岫廳需批價繳費） -->送交場地管理員 -->完成!!! |
(一)請各申請者最晚於活動舉辦「一週前」上系統列印場地申請單並完成借用。
借用四維堂者，若須申請視聽服務團，請最遲於活動舉辦日「兩週前」上視聽服務團網站申請，
詳細規定請見視服團網站。
(二)借用非開放時段者須和管理員確認加班，並支付管理員加班費。
(三)如欲取消借用，尚未送單者，請於系統作廢申請單；已送單者，請聯繫課外組並告知場地管理員。
三、寒假場地線上開放時間為1/2(二)10:00，112學年度第二學期為2/5(一)10:00線上開放。

一、申請日期
(一) 校內各行政、教學單位、教職員社團及各學生團體：一律於 112年11月06日（一）中午12時截止申請。
(二) 請於申請截止日前，填妥本組網頁表單（附件一），「寒假」和「第2學期」場地預借表單，活動與社團社課須分單申請，逾時不予辦理，申請完成後請自行留存PDF檔（附件二）。若後續仍須借用，須俟場地借用系統開放線上登記後，逕行上網登記借用。
二、開放預借場地（詳如附件三）
(一) 課外組經管場地
- 寒假（1/12~2/18）及第2學期（2/19~6/13）：
(1) 四維堂、雲岫廳
(2) 風雩樓第一韻律教室、第二韻律教室、風雩天地
(2) 資訊大樓一到二樓
(3) 綜合院館南棟一到四樓、綜合院館北棟四樓
- 注意事項：
(1) 社團公演或單場次活動：可預借四維堂或雲岫廳，同一單位每學期以借用兩次為原則，每次連續借用以三日（含）為原則。
(2) 社團固定社課：可預借風雩樓第一韻律教室、第二韻律教室、風雩天地、一般教室（資訊大樓一到二樓、綜合院館南棟二到四樓）。
(二) 藝文中心經管場地
- 僅開放預借學期間場地，寒假場地將於 12/20(三) 開放線上借用，111學年度第二學期將於 2/17(六) 開放線上借用。
- 開放預借場地：藝文中心各活動室及1樓鏡牆（視聽館、大禮堂等非社課場地，請依藝文中心之公告及相關規定辦理借用）
以下場地時段為第2學期（2/19~6/13）教職員社團借用或琴點時段，不開放登記：

三、課外組場地開放借用時間：
(一) 寒假開放借用時間：113年1月12日（五）起至113年2月18日（日）。
(二) 112學年度第2學期開放借用時間：113年2月19日（一）起至113年6月13日（四）止（若有異動，依教育部核定之112學年度行事曆辦理）。
(三)以下場地暫為合作社使用：
1、風雩樓一樓視聽室。
2、風雩樓二樓第二會議室。
(四)以下場地暫為運動產業與文化學士學位學程使用：
- 風雩樓二樓第一會議室。
(五)以下場地暫為校級招生辦公室使用：
- 資訊140101教室。

四、場地協調會
(一) 時間：112年11月20日（一）14:00〜16:00，地點：行政大樓七樓第三會議室。
(二) 場地協調會請自行攜帶印出之PDF檔場單紙本，以方便現場協調作業進行。
(三) 場地預借登記如遇衝突狀況，需出席場地協調會，若無人出席協調會或協調未果，視同放棄申請，將直接取消借用。
五、預借結果
(一) 預計於112年12月8日（五）中午公告預借結果並開放寒假線上借用。
(二) 借用手續：請於活動前二週前上iNCCU場地租借系統列印申請單，送交課外組核章並送單至場地管理員後，方完成借用。
(三) 借用四維堂或雲岫廳：如需使用視聽設備，最遲請於活動二週前上課外組網頁填寫視聽服務團需求單（課外組網頁→課外組義工團→視聽服務團）。
