The registration deadline is May 1, 2024. The data will be used as a reference for planning the seating arrangements for each college.

Family members do not need to register; however, please note that seating on the second floor of the Sports Center is limited. We kindly request that each graduate limit their family members to a maximum of two guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

*典禮當日請穿學位袍及戴學位帽，並穿著整齊服裝，勿著拖鞋、涼鞋、短褲等，以維持典禮之莊重。
*參加典禮畢業生及家長若著高跟鞋或硬底鞋，敬請勿踩踏於體育館前跑道。

*On the day of the graduation ceremony, please ensure you wear your graduation gown and cap. Dress neatly and  avoid wearing slippers, sandals, or shorts.
*If graduates and parents attending the graduation ceremony are wearing high heels or hard-soled shoes, please avoid stepping onto the track in front of the Sports Center.

112學年(113年)以畢業生代表上台授證並開放畢業生及家長參加典禮。

授證儀式為院長撥穗與校長授證同步進行，授證代表由各院、系、所推薦本學年度畢業生擔任之。

The class of 2024 graduates' representatives will walk up to the stage to receive their diplomas. Families of the graduates are also invited to attend the Diploma Conferment Ceremony. The ceremony will include the Dean turning of the tassel while the Principal confers the diploma. Representatives receiving diplomas will consist of graduates recommended from each college and department.

授證代表資格：

• 學士班：確認將於本學年度畢業（已符合畢業學分）或已於本學年度提早畢業，一系推薦一名。
• 碩士班暨在職專班：確認將於本學年度畢業（已提口試）或已於本學年度提早畢業，一所推薦一名。
• 博士班：確認將於本學年度畢業（已提口試）或已於本學年度提早畢業，並提交授證名單者，皆可參加授證

Diploma Conferment Representative Qualifications:

• Bachelor's program: Please confirm that graduates will either graduate within this academic year after meeting the graduation requirements or have already graduated earlier in this academic year. Please recommend one graduate for each department.
• Master program and In-service Master Program: Please confirm that graduates will either graduate within this academic year (having already arranged the oral defense) or have already graduated earlier this academic year. Please recommend one graduate for each department.
• Ph.D. Program: Please confirm that graduates will either graduate within this academic year (having already arranged the oral defense) or have graduated earlier this academic year and submitted the Diploma Conferment Form. All such graduates are eligible to participate in the Diploma Conferment Ceremony.

*畢業生家長車輛於5/13(一)前至本校報名系統 https://reurl.cc/Z90l5l
完成登記車號(每生以一輛為限)，於5/25(六)當日免費入校停車。5/25(六)畢典當日欲開車入校而未登記之車輛請盡量停放於校外停車場。(停車資訊請見下方)

*家長車輛由正門進入校區請盡量避開畢業生遊園時段(上午9:40-10:00、下午14:10-14:30 )，並請依工作人員指示行進，停車地點以環山道二側為主，家長車輛進入校區後，建議先行駛至行政大樓後方八角亭，並聽從現場工作人員指示，讓隨車眷屬於本處下車，駕駛人再將車輛移至後山校區停放。

*於前述報名系統登記之車號若為本學年已申請D類停車證之學生車輛，仍請一律由後山校區大門進出，且不得進入山下校區行駛及停車(自動管制柵欄不會放行，請務必配合，以免造成車道堵塞)

*未完成前述登記之車輛仍得入校, 惟須出示學生證或畢業生傳送給家人的畢典相關訊息才得以入校, 並自行持悠遊卡繳交停車費。

*畢業典禮當日因應家長車輛入校，備有三輛隨招隨停校園內接駁巴士，行駛於環山一道(八角亭至山上運動場間)接送畢業生親友上下山，請多加利用。

*因校內停車空間有限，建議儘量改為搭乘大眾運輸交通工具到校，或將車輛停放於學校附近停車場。

*本校附近停車資訊：

1.動物園週邊停車場

(1)動物園站地下停車場：總容納數為150輛。

(2)動物園河川高灘地堤外停車場：總容納數為1,276輛。

以上有數線公車可到達政大。

2.萬興國小停車場：總容納數為231輛，步行約五分鐘可到達政大。
