實習內容

瞭解及學習觀摩部門業務，並且有機會參與部門專案規劃與執行、提出流程改善或優化建議、產業市場研究資料收集、數據分析與趨勢觀察、產品發想實習安排  

◤職涯探索期

• 實習期間：2021 年 7 月 1 日（四）～2021 年 8 月 31 日（二）每週一到週五，共 9 週
• 薪資待遇：提供月薪 25,000 元，依法投保勞、健保及提撥勞工退休金
• 工作地點：台北市（視實習分派單位而定）

◤充電起飛期

• 資格條件：第一階段（FBI 暑期實習），經主管評選優良並推薦參加者
• 實習期間：2021 年 9 月 1 日（三）～2021 年 12 月 31 日（五），每週至少安排 8 小時，共 18 週
• 薪資待遇：160 元／時，依法投保勞、健保及提撥勞工退休金
• 工作地點：台北市（視實習分派單位而定）

申請條件

• 國內外大學大三升大四、碩一升碩二，預定 2022 年畢業在校生

• 在校表現成績優異、具擔任社團幹部或其他實習經驗者尤佳

• 暑假期間能全程參與實習計畫者

• 英文能力 TOEIC 達 700 分以上（或同級程度）

實習組別   

客群經營組、數金行銷組、人工智慧組、產品設計、經營管理組

各實習期間表現優異具潛力者，未來參與本行 IA / MA Program，在符合甄選資格條件之下，優先錄取。

報名期限

自即日起至 2021 年 4 月 12 日（一）止

甄選時程

• 面談日期：4 月下旬開始

• 錄取通知：5 月 31 日前

Timeline       

◤ Learn and Explore

• Intern period：07.01～2021.08.31 Mon.-Fri. Nine weeks total.
• Salary：25,000NTD /Monthly. Labor, health insurance and retirement pension provided.
• Location：Taipei headquarter

◤ Prepare for Takeoff

• Criteria：Outstanding interns from FBI recommended by managers
• Intern period:2021.09.01～12.31,minimum 8 hours a week,18 weeks total
• Salary：160NTD/hour. Labor, health insurance and retirement pension
• Location：Taipei (According to assigned intern team)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate students from domestic or international schools, graduating class of 2022 In good academic standing

• TOEIC certificate of a score of 700 and above (or other English certificates equivalent to the same level)

• Able to participate throughout the whole intern

Intern Teams

• Customer Relationship, Digital Marketing, AI, Product Design, Business Management

Outstanding interns will be priority admission for IA/MA if all criteria are met.
