衛生保健組醫療門診於98年轉型,改由臺北市立聯合醫院設立政大門診部,進一步提升醫療服務品質,並擴大服務範圍,與社區居民共享醫療資源。100年2月衛生保健組與心理諮商中心合併為「身心健康中心」,成為全國大專院校第一所整合生理與心理服務之健康中心,提供師生全方位之「身」、「心」服務。 本中心主要業務包括:心理諮商、衛生保健、資源教室、導師輔導、及各類身心健康促進活動等。

【助學】104年大學部與研究所專案生活助學金開始受理申請
一、大學部生活助學金
申請資格:家庭年收入70萬以下(含低收入戶、中低收入戶)之大學部學生。(本年度2月份若已申請且經錄取者毋須重複申請)
申請期限:即日起至104年9月29日(二)止,逾時恕無法受理。
申請方式:填寫「生活助學金申請表暨生活服務學習同意書」並檢附相關證明文件至學務處生僑組辦理。
核定名額:視當年度學校經費而定,並以家庭年收入較低者優先核給。
執行方式:每生每月核發生活助學金新臺幣6,000元,每週生活服務學習時數以10個小時為上限。

申請方式:填寫「生活助學金申請表暨生活服務學習同意書」並檢附相關證明文件至學務處生僑組辦 理。
核定名額:計畫執行依年度獲配預算及申請人數核算支用至預算用罄為止。
執行方式:每生每月核發金額,碩士生為新臺幣12,000元、博士生為新臺幣16,000元,每週生活服務學習時數以10個小時為上限。

2015 Student Group Insurance
Notice:
1. Applies to all NCCU students (local students / international degree & exchange students)
2. Fee: NT$126 per semester
If the students who take part in the insurance need to be observed in the hospital because of certain diseases or accidents, or when the accidents cause physical disabilities or death, the insurance fund would be paid according to the standards of the insurance clauses.
Application Form: Please take “Diagnosis of proof” and ” Receipt of Seeking medical advice” come to Life Guidance & Overseas Chinese Student Advising (3F, Administration Bldg.) to fill in the form.

Special remarks
1. [Current Students] who complete leave of absence (withdrawal) procedures before the deadline for payment of tuition and fees do not need to complete payment. Applications for leave of absence (withdrawal) should be processed directly. Students who wish to enroll in group insurance plans should pay the insurance premium and submit a photocopy of the payment receipt to the Student Insurance Officer at the Overseas Chinese Student Affairs Division.
2. [Incoming Students] Students who do not yet have student status must complete payment of enrollment fees to apply for leave of absence (For questions regarding leave of absence (withdrawal) other than refunds, please refer to the, Enrollment Division, Office of Academic Affairs on the 4th floor of the Administrative Building, Ext. 63279).
3. Incoming or current students who have not registered their receiving bank accounts at NCCU must register their [First Bank] or [Chunghwa Post] accounts with the Cashier Division, Office of General Affairs on the 5th floor of the Administrative Building to facilitate refunds (For questions regarding account registration and account credits, please refer to the Cashier Division, Office of General Affairs, Ext. 62123).
4. For student who have completed their leave of absence (withdrawal) procedures, the Overseas Chinese Student Division, Office of Student Affairs, will process refunds according to the student status information provided by the Enrollment Division and refund information provided by the Cashier Division. Refunds will be credited directly to the student's [First Bank] or [Chunghwa Post] bank accounts, students are not required to apply for refunds at the Overseas Chinese Student Division. (Refunds do not include housing fees, housing deposits, and health insurance fees for overseas Chinese students and foreign students. Students who are on leave of absence are still provided with student group insurance coverage, therefore group insurance premiums will not be refunded.)
5. For housing fee and housing deposit refunds, students should complete the housing cancellation application form, inspect their dormitory rooms to ensure room condition, then apply for refunds at the Housing Division, Office of Student Affairs on the 3rd floor of the Administrative Building (For questions regarding housing refunds, undergraduate student may call Ext. 62222 and graduate students may call Ext. 63251 for further assistance).
6. For overseas Chinese student and foreign student health insurance refunds, please refer to the Overseas Chinese Student Division, Office of Student Affairs (Ext. 63011) and International Education Division, Office of International Cooperation (Ext. 62040) respectively.
7. These refund standards were formulated according to Article 15, the "Tuition Fee Refund Standards for Junior Colleges and Institutions of Higher Education," of the "Tuition Fee Regulations for Junior Colleges and Institutions of Higher Education" published by the Ministry of Education in 2010. These standards also stipulate that in the event that educational institutions have not specified a date of enrollment, the deadline for payment of tuition and fees shall be the date of enrollment.
8. Refunds are processed according to refund deadlines as listed in the annual academic calendar of NCCU.
