【雙語自我探索工作坊】我的人生，能「屈」能伸－Reclaiming Strength through Flex and Stretch: Bilingual Workshop on Self-Exploration

衛生保健組醫療門診於98年轉型，改由臺北市立聯合醫院設立政大門診部，進一步提升醫療服務品質，並擴大服務範圍，與社區居民共享醫療資源。100年2月衛生保健組與心理諮商中心合併為「身心健康中心」，成為全國大專院校第一所整合生理與心理服務之健康中心，提供師生全方位之「身」、「心」服務。本中心主要業務包括：心理諮商、衛生保健、資源教室、導師輔導、及各類身心健康促進活動等。

隨著端午節的到來，邀請你一起回味愛國詩人屈原的故事和創作植物掛飾。透過探索與分享，再次思考存在本身的價值，並為自己的心尋得一點溫柔空間。

As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, join us in revisiting the story of Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet, & making seasonal decorations with plants. Through guided explorations & sharing, let's rediscover the purpose of our being & offer our hearts a gentle place to rest.

Time: May 17, 2025 (Saturday), 10:00am-12:30pm
Location: President's House
Participants: International & Local Students, Staff & Faculty at NCCU
Facilitators: Yung-Hsin Ma & Wen-Chieh Huang--Intern Counseling Psychologists, supervised by Pin-Chieh Lai, Licensed Counseling Psychologist
