2015 集團儲備幹部 MA – Ecommerce (Full time)

2015儲備幹部(MA)計畫系為培育集團專業行銷管理人才， 透過職務歷練、教育訓練、培育發展之二年期的多元化訓練，搭配個人發展計畫、教練指導及企業導師制度，成就本集團 企業拓展所需之有國際觀的優秀中高階主管。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.作為儲備幹部，發展成為成熟的主管人才。

2.集團產品開發，市場分析，品牌管理專案之規劃，執行與管理。

3.行銷策略擬定，品牌知名度推廣。

4.開發品牌現有及潛在市場，達成品牌目標。

5.協助各部門及廠處推動專案之執行、管理、問題追蹤及解決。

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master

• Knowledge and interest in ecommerce and marketing

• Strong written and oral communication skills in Mandarin

• English reading and writing (desirable)

• Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• High mobility

• Driven, self-motivated and great work ethics

• Detail oriented, team player and project/task driven

Teamson is looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who has excellent time management skills, is interested in Marketing in the children’s furniture/ toys business, and outstanding work ethic. This person will be expected to assist with various tasks and projects related to our ecommerce operation and marketing campaign executions. English skills are desirable (reading / writing most importantly).

Hours for the Marketing Intern are flexible and schedule can be defined at the beginning of the internship program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Marketing team as needed on various projects for both internal and external use

• Ensure that the material produced clearly matches the needs of the clients

• Copywriting skills in Mandarin

• Assist product set-up and listing maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Education (4th semester minimum)

• Knowledge and interest in ecommerce and marketing

• Strong written and oral communication skills in Mandarin

• English reading and writing (desirable)

• Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Driven, self-motivated and great work ethics
