HEINEKEN’s world is an exciting place to be. We offer those with a passion to have an Asia Pacific career, Heineken Asia Pacific offers one of the most exciting and unique graduate programmes - the Asia-Pacific Graduate Programme (APGP).

For high-achieving graduates, it’s a chance to push yourself, discovering new levels of ability and aspiration. With at least two challenging placements in different locations around the Asia-Pacific region, you’ll work with leading brands and learn from the best, in one of the world’s most respected organisations. It’s an experience like no other, but it’s also a platform for more. Your foundation for a career in leadership.

Your 24 month journey begins with an induction programme in Singapore. Once the Asia Pacific regional induction programme finishes, our Asia Pacific graduates will move and start their first assignment. Each graduate will undertake 3 assignments, all of which are up to 8 months in length. The first assignment will take place in the home Operating Company of Cambodia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

For the following 2 assignments, you can be posted to any of the earlier stated Operating Companies or others in the Region including China, Sri Lanka, Japan, Hong Kong, Laos, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and New Caledonia. Assignments are handpicked based on business needs and the developmental plans for the graduate.
