Guidelines for NCCU Undergraduate Student Dormitory Application for 2025 Summer Vacation
I.Application Period: May 22 (Thu)~May 23 (Fri), 2025.
II.Summer residence period: June 23~August 22 12 p.m. (noon)(The stay period cannot be extended)
III. Application methods
Students: please proceed with online application. Path: iNCCU→校務系統WEB入口→NCCU Information System →Accommodation→Dorm Application →113學年暑假宿舍申請。After completing the application, the applicants will receive a confirmation letter from the system. If you have a need for transgender accommodation, please contact Student Housing Service Section within the application period.
* Exchange students should apply to the Office of International Cooperation within the application deadline.
IV.Payment method:
Deadline and methods of payment: June 9 (Mon) to June 15 (Sun), 2025. Please download the bill of “Summer Dorm” (暑宿費) on the First Bank webpage and pay the stipulated fee. Any late payment will lead to the cancellation of the dorm assignment and such applicants must move out of the dorm before 3 p.m. June 22 (Sun), 2025. 1.Summer accommodation will be centralized. The Student Housing Service Section will plan the summer dormitory areas based on the summer maintenance schedule. 2.Bed assignments will follow the principle of maintaining the same dormitory as in the 113-2 semester, based on the original dormitory data. 3.Students who were not assigned to a summer dormitory area in the 113-2 semester, or students who were not accommodated in the 113-2 semester, must independently log into the system to select a bed if applying for summer accommodation (e.g., new student areas or areas scheduled for maintenance). |

Students who fail to make payment by the due date will be considered as not residing during the summer break. They are required to vacate their accommodation and clear out by 3:00 PM, June 22, 2025. |

*Undergraduate students are required to pay 1/2 of the dorm fee for the Spring Semester of 2025 and NTD 1000 deposit. Standards for fees can be found at the following: http://goo.gl/bPsbb0.
IX. Further information:
- Students who have not applied for summer dorms and have not paid the required fee while continuing to reside in the dorm during the summer vacation will be required to pay the fee and to move out of the dorm immediately without the right of appeal when they are found out. Additional punishments will be imposed in accord with the relevant NCCU regulations.
- 2025 graduates who have applied for summer stay or extending residence can still use their NCCU student ID card for dorm security until the end of August or until their rescheduled resident deadline.
- Summer residents should register an IP address again after 9 a.m. June 23, 2025.
