臺北市衛生局戒癮醫療補助
您有藥物濫用或是成癮問題，但苦於不知道如何求助嗎？
衛生局辦理藥物濫用戒癮治療相關補助，針對評估有藥物濫用傾向或藥治療需求的病人，每人得申請藥物濫用戒癮治療，補助上限為每年1萬5千元整或本補助計畫罄止。
歡迎有藥癮治療需要的民眾提出申請與接受治療，若身邊親友有相關困擾需求助，也歡迎您來電(02) 2375-4068洽詢。
補助申請方式：
至合作之衛福部指定藥癮戒治機構就診，或電洽台北市毒防中心服務專線(02) 2375-4068，並告知服務人員「我想申請戒癮醫療補助」，由毒防中心轉介。
其它說明：
- 依據毒品危害防制條例第21條規定，犯罪未發覺前，自動向指定之醫療機構請求治療，醫療機構免將請求治療者送法院或檢察機關，並可做為少年法院不付審理之參考依據。
- 本計畫之補助經費依本市戒癮醫療補助相關規定辦理支應。
- 參與本計畫之個案追蹤，依其就診資料為主，必要時本中心個案管理師得以電話聯繫。
- 本計畫過程提供安全、事宜的環境治療與必要時之追蹤輔導，進行中若有任何問題與建議，可以隨時與門診醫師提出；計畫所有資料皆嚴謹保密，同時不作為任何計畫外用途使用。

Service Hours
- Drillmasters are on duty twenty-four hours a day in order to ensure an integrated communication network. Close coordination is helpful when having to instantly cope with emergencies and accidents.
