Guidelines for NCCU Undergraduate Student Dormitory Bed Request for 2025 Summer Vacation

Instructions for Operating the Bed Selection System:

Application Period: May 28 (Wed) ~ 29 (Thu). Residents without completing the online application mean waiving their right to a bed assignment.

Bed assignments will follow the principle of maintaining the same dormitory as in the 113-2 semester, based on the original dormitory data.​

Online request for an available bed

I.Student Housing Service Section assignment:

Time: May 28 (Wed)-29(Thu) 9am- 4pm

Qualification: Students who were assigned to a summer dormitory area in the 113-2 semester.

Methods:

The applicants MUST log in the system and make personal confirmation. If you wish to change your assigned summer housing bed, you have to [Delete] before you can reselect a different bed.

 

II.Filling Vacancies

Time:  May 28 (Wed)-29(Thu) 9am- 4pm

Qualification: 

1.Students who were not assigned to a summer dormitory area in the 113-2 semester.

2.students who were not accommodated in the 113-2 semester.

Methods: Approved residents without being assigned a bed should submit an online request to secure an available bed.

 

III.Notes:

  1. Available areas for 2025 summer stay:
  • Female: 1st – 3rd floor of JhuangJing Dormitory 1, 1st & 3rd floor of JhuangJing Dormitory 9 and 2nd &3rd floor of Building D of ZihCiang Dormitory 10 (including 21 single rooms and 34 beds of double room)
  • Male: JhuangJing Dormitory 2 and 3, and 2nd &3rd floor of Building C of ZihCiang Dormitory 10 (including 8 single rooms and 38 beds of double room)
  • All beds are reserved for summer stay residents, except for those for assigned for residence extension and credit programs.
  1. The system provides information of residents’ sleeping habits. Please choose roommates of similar sleeping habits when making a room request to avoid any unnecessary disturbances or inconvenience.
  2. Undergraduate students are required to pay 1/2 of the dorm fee for the Spring Semester of 2025 and NTD 1000 deposit. Standards for fees can be found at the following: http://goo.gl/bPsbb0.
  3. Deadline and methods of payment: June 9 (Mon) to June 15 (Sun), 2025. Please download the bill of “Summer Dorm” (暑宿費) on the First Bank webpage and pay the stipulated fee. Any late payment will lead to the cancellation of the dorm assignment and such applicants must move out of the dorm before 3 p.m. June 22 (Sun), 2025.
