Position: Recruitment Executive 招募專員

One of our member, A leading French international retail group and multinational corporation is looking for a Recruitment Executive Talent to join their young and energetic team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. 依據公司發展政策方向，評估年度人才需求，並制定招募行程與目標。

2. 規劃與執行招募活動，如：大型招募會、日常招募等。

3. 招募行政作業，如：刊登職缺廣告、收集與篩選履歷、面談邀約、後續追蹤任用、報到等。

4. 依不同人才需求採取不同招募管道，並提供用人單位主管必要的人才市場資訊(待遇、經歷需求、管道等)。

5. 開發多元、創新的招募管道。

6. 運用報表、資料庫等工具管理職缺，並提供直屬主管必要的公司人才缺口資訊。

PROFILE

1. 大學畢以上。

2. 英文聽說讀寫中等。

3. 兩年以上相關工作經驗，具零售服務業招募經驗者尤佳。

4. 具備招募面談能力。

5. 熟悉人才招募流程及勞動法令。

6. 抗壓性高、能正面思考、溝通協調能力佳。
