Notice for Extending Residence Application for Graduate Dorm Residents for the 2021 Spring Semester (updated 5/21)

I. Application Requirements:

Current graduate dorm residents for the 2021 Spring Semester

II. Extension Restrictions and Fee Standards:

The period designated for extending residence application extends from June 30 to July 15, 2021.

III. Application Time Period

Application period: May 25(Tue)~ May 26(Wed), 2021.

IV. Fee Standards and Payment

A. Dorm fees are based on the number of days of extended residence.

NTD 350 per day is required for the extended residence in any single room and NTD 250 for one person per day for a twin-bed room in ZhiChang Dorm 10.

NTD 150 for one person per day is required for ZhiChang Dorm 1-3 and JhuangJing Dormitory 9.

B. June 16, 2021 to June 20, 2021. Please download the bill on the webpage ( https://webapp.nccu.edu.tw/payedbills/Home/index )  and pay the dorm fee. 

Any late payment will lead to the cancellation of the dorm assignment and such applicants must move out of the dorm before 12 p.m. (noon) June 30, 2021. 

C. Please be aware that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, even if an applicant decides not to extend his/her residence.

V. Notes:

Dorm residents are required to move out of the dorm no later than the date indicated on the application. All residents must pass a move-out inspection conducted by staff members of the dorm’s Front Desk before 12:00 p.m. on the stipulated day and submit the move-out inspection checklist to the Student Housing Service Section for a refund. For example, an applicant who requested to move out on July 10 should move out their dorm by 12:00 p.m. on July 10.
