Notice for Investigation of Dormitory Stay during the 2025 Chinese New Year (Valid from January 28 to January 31, 2025)

1.To ensure the safety of the dormitory and students during the 2025 Chinese New Year, Student Housing Service Section will investigate who need to remain in dormitory during the period.

2.Qualified applicants: currently residing students.

    Applicants who will be in the dormitory on any day during the Chinese New Year (2025.01.28-01.31), should submit their application during application period as listed below.

3.Application: Students should submit their application with online questionnaire from January 2 (Thurs) 9:00 a.m to January 12 (Sun), 2025.

4.Important Notices:

    To ensure the safety of the dormitory and students, those who need to apply for or cancel the dormitory stay due to emergency during Chinese New Year, please register at the service desk before the Chinese New Year. And if the number of students staying in the dormitory area is less than 5, who will be required to temporarily move the room.

    Students who remain in the dormitory should comply with dormitory security regulations and pay attention to any suspicious individuals wandering around.
