Notice for Investigation of Dormitory Stay during the 2024 Chinese New Year (Valid from February 7 to February 12, 2024)

1. To ensure the safety of the dormitory and students during the 2024 Chinese New Year, Student Housing Service Section will investigate who need to remain in dormitory during the period.
2. Qualified applicants: currently residing students. Applicants who need to remain in the dormitory between February 7 to February 12, 2024, should submit their application during application period as listed below.
3. Application: Students should submit their application with online questionnaire from January 19 (Fri) to January 22 (Mon), 2024. (https://reurl.cc/RWyvvZ )
4. Important Notices:

    To ensure the safety of the dormitory and students, those who need to apply for or cancel the dormitory stay due to emergency during Chinese New Year, please register at the service desk before the Chinese New Year.

    Students who remain in the dormitory should comply with dormitory security regulations and pay attention to any suspicious individuals wandering around.
