Astronomy Club
Whenever a special astronomy phenomenon occurs (for example: eclipses, meteor showers, comets, etc...), our club will strongly promote knowledge and information about each phenomenon, welcoming teachers and amateur astronomers to observe. Our club has class once a week during the school semester and teaches stargazing techniques, astronomy, telescope specifications, astrophotography, and more. Additionally, to allow NCCU students to experience the mystery and vastness of outer space, our club will hold large outdoor star-viewing events once or twice each semester in the mountains to avoid light pollution. Let us lie on our backs and look up at a trillion stars twinkling in the darkness! We hope you can come to visit the Astronomy Club.
