Student Emergency Financial Aid Application
Enrolled students of NCCU who encounter the following matters of crisis may:
1.Apply for emergency consolation payment:
(1). Students who pass away.
(2). Students who encounter severe family crises.
(3). Students who are being treated for severe injuries or illnesses.
2.Apply for emergency assistance payment:
(1). Students who encounter accidental injuries, unexpected severe illnesses or death and whose families are in straitened circumstances.
(2). Students who encounter family crises resulting in straitened circumstances and are unable to continue their studies.
(3). Students in straitened circumstances who are unable to pay university tuition and fees should submit relevant documentation, and approval by the President of NCCU.
(4). In the event of other emergencies eligible for financial assistance.

Student group insurance
To file NCCU student group insurance claim, you need to provide the following documents:
- Application forms
- Original copy of medical diagnosis certificate
- Hospital receipts (original or certified true copy)
- Certificate of tuition payment for the semester which the medical treatment occurred.
- Photocopy of your bank passbook in Taiwan and ARC(the front and the back)
- Fractures: Additional "Hospital X-ray Disc" is required.
■Notes:
- The insurance claim must be applied for within 2 years after the accident or illness occurred.
- If medical treatment occurred overseas, English version of local medical diagnosis certificates and hospital receipts are required.
