Suspected offensive person was spotted around the campus
Dear faculty members, staff, and students, Recently there is a suspected-offensive-female who was spotted hanging around the campus for more than once. Her characteristics now as known are: crew cut, striped clothes and black shorts, and with a side bag on shoulder. She is most likely to be seen at 龍角(Dragon Horn Tea Shop) and around Xing-Guang Rd. She would yell at people randomly and might have some offensive behavior. Please be aware when passing by those mentioned area. If this person has any improper behavior with aggression, please dial 110 immediately or call the Campus Police:02-29382712.
