1. 请问如何报名参加毕业典礼？ How can I register to attend the commencement ceremony?
本(113)学年毕业生皆可参加毕业典礼，惟因作业之需，请于114年5月4日(日)前完成报名，以利会场座席安排及会场引导各学院毕业生之参考。
因会场座席有限，请毕业同学确定参加再报名，感谢协助与配合。
All graduates of the 113th academic year are welcome to attend the Commencement Ceremony. To ensure proper seating arrangements, please complete your registration by 2025 年 5 月 4 日. However, due to limited seating, please confirm your attendance before registering.

注：提醒典礼当天请穿学位袍及戴学位帽，并穿着整齐服装，勿着拖鞋、凉鞋、短裤等，以维持典礼之庄重。 (参加毕业生及家长若着高跟鞋请勿踩踏于体育馆前跑道)
*On the day of the Commencement Ceremony, please make sure to wear your graduation gown and cap. Dress neatly and avoid wearing slippers, sandals, or shorts.
*If graduates and parents attending the Commencement Ceremony are wearing high heels, please avoid stepping onto the track in front of the Gymnasium.

3. 请问亲友可以到场观礼吗？ Can family members attend the Commencement Ceremony in person?
参加亲友无需报名，惟因体育馆二楼观礼区座席有限，请协助尽量以2名为限。
Family members of graduates are welcome to attend the Commencement Ceremony as spectators without registering. However, please note that seating on the second floor of the Sports Center is limited. We kindly request that each graduate limit their family members to a maximum of two guests.
4. 毕业生家长车辆如何进入校园停车？
请毕业生于5/18前，至本校报名系统(https://reurl.cc/GnEkr3)完成入校车号登记(每生以1辆为限)，即可于毕业典礼当天免费入校停车。未登记之车辆请尽量停放于校外停车场。 (停车资讯请见下方)
家长车辆由正门进入校区请尽量避开毕业生游园时段(上午9:40-10:00、下午14:10-14:30 )，并请依工作人员指示行进，停车地点以环山道二侧为主，家长车辆进入校区后，建议先行驶至行政大楼后方八角亭，并听从现场工作人员指示，让随车眷属先于本处下车，然后驾驶人再将车辆移至后山校区停放。
于前述报名系统登记之车号若为本学年已申请D类停车证之学生车辆，请一律由后山校区大门进出，本类车辆因自动管制栅栏不会放行进入山下校区，请务必配合，以免造成车道堵塞。
未完成前述登记之车辆仍得入校，惟须缴交100元停车费，并出示学生证明影本或毕业典礼电子邀请卡始得以入校，电子邀请卡下载网址请参第2点说明。
毕业典礼当天安排3辆随招随停之校园巴士于环山道来回行驶，接驳于环山道停好车的家长至山下，请多加利用。
因校内停车空间有限，建议尽量搭乘大众运输交通工具到校，或将车辆停放于学校附近停车场。
本校附近停车资讯：
1.动物园周边停车场
(1)动物园站地下停车场：总容纳数为150辆。
(2)动物园河川高滩地堤外停车场：总容纳数为1,276辆。
以上有数线公车可到达政大。
2.万兴国小停车场：总容纳数为233辆，步行约5分钟可到达政大。

5. 毕业生如何上台授证？ How do graduates become Diploma Conferment Representatives?
学、硕士班由各系(所)各推荐1名担任授证代表。
博士班由各系(所)提交授证名单者，皆可参加授证。
授证毕业生皆须参加典礼前一天的彩排。
授证仪式：院长拨穗与校长授证同步进行。
Each bachelor's and master's program shall recommend 1 diploma conferment representative from each department.
Ph.D. students who submitted for the diploma conferment representative list by their departments are eligible to participate in the diploma conferment ceremony.
All diploma conferment representatives are required to attend the rehearsal the day before the commencement ceremony.
The ceremony will include the Dean turning the tassel while the principal confers the diploma.
授证代表资格：
学士班：确认将于本学年度毕业(已符合毕业学分)或已于本学年度提早毕业者。
硕士班暨在职专班：确认将于本学年度毕业(已提口试)或已于本学年度提早毕业者。
博士班：确认将于本学年度毕业(已提口试)或已于本学年度提早毕业者。

6. 请问如何租用学位服？ How to Rent a Graduation Attire?
学位服租用由本校总务处财产组负责。
个人租用可至总务处财产组网站下载，或于上班日星期一、三、五，上午10：30至17：30，持学生证至乐活小铺2楼洗衣部填写表格，缴费后领取学位服。
6/7(六)典礼当天若需租借学位服，洗衣部提供租借学位服时间为08-17时。
团体借用需提前致电洗衣部预约，联络人：洗衣部庞小姐，2939-3091转分机67125。

The Property Management Section of the Office of General Affairs manages graduation 袍 租金。
For individual rentals, please download the rental form from the Property Management Section's website or visit the laundry store on the 2nd floor of Lohas Plaza during office hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
*If you need to rent a graduation gown on the day of the Commencement Ceremony (6/7), the laundry store will provide rental services from 08:00 to 17:00.
*Please bring your student ID, complete the form, make the payment, and collect your gown.
*For group rentals, please make an appointment in advance by calling the laundry store.
