1. How do I register for the graduation ceremony? How can I register to attend the commencement ceremony?
All graduates of this (113) academic year may attend the graduation ceremony. However, due to work requirements, please complete the registration before May 114, 5 (Sunday) to facilitate the venue seating arrangement and venue guidance for graduates of each college.
Due to limited seats at the venue, please confirm your participation before registering. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
All graduates of the 113th academic year are welcome to attend the Commencement Ceremony. To ensure proper seating arrangements, please complete your registration by May 4, 2025. However, due to limited seating, please confirm your attendance before registering.

Note: Please wear graduation gown and graduation cap on the day of the ceremony, and dress neatly. Do not wear slippers, sandals, shorts, etc. to maintain the solemnity of the ceremony. (Graduates and parents who are wearing high heels please do not step on the track in front of the gymnasium)
*On the day of the Commencement Ceremony, please make sure to wear your graduation gown and cap. Dress neatly and avoid wearing slippers, sandals, or shorts.
*If graduates and parents attending the Commencement Ceremony are wearing high heels, please avoid stepping onto the track in front of the Gymnasium.

3. Can relatives and friends attend the ceremony? Can family members attend the Commencement Ceremony in person?
Relatives and friends who attend the event do not need to register, but due to limited seats in the viewing area on the second floor of the gymnasium, please try to limit the number of people to 2.
Family members of graduates are welcome to attend the Commencement Ceremony as spectators without registering. However, please note that seating on the second floor of the Sports Center is limited. We kindly request that each graduate limit their family members to a maximum of two guests.
4. How do parents of graduates enter campus to park?
Please go to our school registration system before 5/18 (https://reurl.cc/GnEkr3) Complete the car registration (limited to 1 car per student) and you can park on campus for free on the day of the graduation ceremony. Please park your unregistered vehicles in off-campus parking lots as much as possible. (See below for parking information)
Parents are advised to avoid the graduate tour hours (9:40-10:00 a.m. and 14:10-14:30 p.m.) when entering the campus from the main gate. Please follow the staff's instructions. Parking locations are mainly on both sides of the ring road. After entering the campus, it is recommended that parents drive to the octagonal pavilion behind the administrative building and follow the instructions of the on-site staff to let the accompanying family members get off here first, and then the driver will move the vehicle to the back mountain campus for parking.
If the vehicle number registered in the above registration system is a student vehicle that has applied for a Class D parking permit this academic year, please enter and exit through the back campus gate. This type of vehicle will not be allowed to enter the mountain campus due to the automatic control fence. Please be sure to cooperate to avoid causing lane congestion.
Vehicles that have not completed the above registration can still enter the school, but they must pay a parking fee of NT$100 and show a copy of their student ID or graduation ceremony electronic invitation card before they can enter the school. On the day of the graduation ceremony, three campus buses will be arranged to run back and forth on the mountain road, picking up parents who have parked their cars on the mountain road and taking them to the foot of the mountain. Please make full use of them.
Due to limited parking space on campus, we recommend that you take public transportation to campus or park your vehicle in a parking lot near the school.
Parking information near our school:
1. Parking lots around the zoo
(1) Zoo station underground parking lot: total capacity is 150 vehicles.
(2) Parking lot outside the zoo river embankment: the total capacity is 1,276 vehicles.
There are several bus lines above that can reach National Chengchi University.
2. Wanxing Elementary School parking lot: has a total capacity of 233 vehicles and is about a 5-minute walk from National Chengchi University.

5. How do graduates go on stage to receive their certificates? How do graduates become Diploma Conferment Representatives?
Each department (institute) will recommend one person to serve as the certification representative for undergraduate and master's programs.
All doctoral students whose departments (institutes) submit their certification lists can participate in the certification.
All graduates are required to attend a rehearsal the day before the ceremony.
Certificate Awarding Ceremony: The dean’s tassel-cutting and the principal’s certificate awarding are carried out simultaneously.
Each bachelor's and master's program shall recommend 1 diploma conferment representative from each department.
Ph.D. students who submitted for the diploma conferment representative list by their departments are eligible to participate in the diploma conferment ceremony.
All diploma conferment representatives are required to attend the rehearsal the day before the commencement ceremony.
The ceremony will include the Dean turning the tassel while the principal confers the diploma.
Qualifications of certified representatives:
Bachelor’s degree students: Those who have confirmed that they will graduate in this academic year (have met the graduation credits) or have graduated early in this academic year.
Master’s Program and Part-time Specialized Program: Applicants who are confirmed to graduate in this academic year (have submitted oral examination) or have graduated early in this academic year.
Doctoral Program: Those who are confirmed to graduate in this academic year (have submitted oral examination) or have graduated early in this academic year.
Diploma Conferment Representative Qualifications:

Please confirm that the graduates will either complete their graduation requirements and graduate within this academic year or have already graduated earlier in the same academic year.
Master's Program and In-service Master's Program:
Please confirm that the graduates will either graduate within this academic year (having already scheduled their oral defense) or have already graduated earlier in the same academic year.
Ph.D. Program:
Please confirm that the graduates will either graduate within this academic year (having already scheduled their oral defense) or have already graduated earlier in the same academic year.
6. How can I rent academic gowns? How to Rent a Graduation Attire?
The rental of degree gowns is the responsibility of the Property Group of the General Affairs Office of our school.
Individuals can download the form from the Property Group website of the General Affairs Office, or go to the laundry department on the 10nd floor of Lohas Shop with their student ID card between 30:17am and 30:2pm on weekdays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, fill out the form, and collect the academic gown after paying the fee.
If you need to rent academic gowns on the day of the ceremony, the Laundry Department will provide rental services from 6:7 to 08:17.
Group use must call the Laundry Department in advance to make an appointment. Contact person: Ms. Pang from the Laundry Department, 2939-3091 ext. 67125.

The Property Management Section of the Office of General Affairs manages graduation gown rentals.
For individual rentals, please download the rental form from the Property Management Section's website or visit the laundry store on the 2nd floor of Lohas Plaza during office hoursMonday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
*If you need to rent a graduation gown on the day of the Commencement Ceremony (6/7), the laundry store will provide rental services from 08:00 to 17:00.
*Please bring your student ID, complete the form, make the payment, and collect your gown.
