In the 112th academic year (113th year), graduate representatives took the stage to confer certificates and the ceremony was open to graduates and their parents.

The awarding ceremony is held simultaneously with the dean's tassel-raising and the principal's awarding of the certificate. The awarding representatives are graduates of this academic year recommended by each college, department, and institute.

The class of 2024 graduates' representatives will walk up to the stage to receive their diplomas. Families of the graduates are also invited to attend the Diploma Conferment Ceremony. The ceremony will include the Dean turning of the tassel while the Principal confers the diploma. Representatives receiving diplomas will consist of graduates recommended from each college and department.

Qualifications of certified representatives:

• Bachelor's degree students: Those who are confirmed to be graduating in this academic year (having met the graduation credits) or have graduated early in this academic year will be recommended by one department.
• Master's program and part-time program: If you are confirmed to graduate this academic year (oral examination has been submitted) or have graduated early this academic year, one candidate will be recommended by each school.
• Doctoral course: Those who are confirmed to graduate in this academic year (oral examination has been submitted) or those who have graduated early in this academic year and submitted a list of conferrals can participate in the conferment.

Diploma Conferment Representative Qualifications:

• Bachelor's program: Please confirm that graduates will either graduate within this academic year after meeting the graduation requirements or have already graduated earlier in this academic year. Please recommend one graduate for each department.
• Master program and In-service Master Program: Please confirm that graduates will either graduate within this academic year (having already arranged the oral defense) or have already graduated earlier this academic year. Please recommend one graduate for each department.
• Ph.D. Program: Please confirm that graduates will either graduate within this academic year (having already arranged the oral defense) or have graduated earlier this academic year and submit the Diploma Conferment Form. All such graduates are eligible to participate in the Diploma Conferment Ceremony.

If you want to drive into the school on the day of the graduation ceremony on 5/25 (Saturday) but have not registered your vehicle, please park it in the off-campus parking lot as much as possible. *Parents' vehicles entering the campus through the main entrance should try to avoid the graduates' garden tour hours (9:40-10:00 am, 14:10-14:30 pm), and please follow the staff's instructions. The parking location is on both sides of the mountain road For the main purpose, after parents’ vehicles enter the campus, it is recommended to drive to the octagonal pavilion behind the administrative building and follow the instructions of the on-site staff to let the family members get off the vehicle. The driver can then move the vehicle to the back mountain campus for parking.

*If the car number registered in the aforementioned registration system has been applied for this school yearStudent vehicles with Class D parking permits are still required to enter and exit through the gate of Houshan Campus., and you are not allowed to drive or park into the Yamashita campus (the automatic control fence will not let you go, please be sure to cooperate to avoid blocking the lane)

*Vehicles that have not completed the above registration can still enter the school, but they must show their student ID or the relevant information about the graduation certificate sent by the graduates to their families before they can enter the school, and they must pay the parking fee with their own Easy Card.

*On the day of the graduation ceremony, in order to accommodate parents' vehicles entering the school, there are three on-campus shuttle buses that can be parked at any time and run along the Huanshan Road (between Bajiao Pavilion and the mountain sports ground) to pick up and drop off graduates' relatives and friends up and down the mountain. Please take advantage of them.

*Due to the limited parking space on campus, it is recommended to take public transportation to school instead, or park your vehicle in a parking lot near the school.

(1) Zoo station underground parking lot: total capacity is 150 vehicles.

(2) Parking lot outside the zoo river embankment: the total capacity is 1,276 vehicles.

There are several bus lines above that can reach National Chengchi University.

2. Wanxing Elementary School parking lot: The total capacity is 231 cars. It takes about five minutes to walk to National Chengchi University.
