Instructions on health examination for freshmen and transfer students in the 113th academic year of National Chengchi University

(1) In-school inspection:

1. Physical examination time: September 113, 9 (Sunday). Please come for physical examination according to the specified time period.

2. Physical examination location: Gymnasium of our school

3. Fee: NT$650, please pay on-site on the day of physical examination.

4. Physical examination instructions:

(2) Please maintain a normal schedule and avoid overeating 3 days before the physical examination.You can eat on the day of the examination.

   Urine test: Use the method to intercept the urine in the middle section, and then wet the urine test paper. If you still need to do a urine test during your menstrual period, please inform the staff to make a separate note when submitting the test.

   Precautions for chest X-ray : If you are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant, please do not take X-rays

• Please do not wear necklaces, safety charms, or magnetic collars.
• Do not wear tops with buttons, beads, or sequins. It is recommended to wear plain T-shirts without hoods.
• It is recommended that sports bras without wire rings, adjustment rings and back hooks be the best underwear.
• Do not apply plasters or magnets.

5. To make the process smooth, please try to come on the physical examination day for freshmen and transfer students. If you are unable to come on the physical examination day, you can participate in the on-campus physical examination for master's and doctoral programs (September 9).

Remarks:

1. Students who have taken a leave of absence, served in the military, or retained their student status are exempt from the physical examination. They can just go through the physical examination procedures when they resume school.
2. Freshmen who have a low-income household certificate issued by the township, town, or city government can submit a photocopy to the fee office at the physical examination site for free physical examination.
3.
