9. If the on-campus physical examination fails to comply with the physical examination on that date and period, you can wait on site during the physical examination period on September 7th and 8th.

If you miss it113年8月19日(一)至8月31日(六)For those who fill out the "National Chengchi University Student Health Information Card" online on the website, please download the blank "Student Health Information Card" by yourself during the physical examination, fill in the front information, and bring it to the physical examination unit for examination.

113. If you go to a public or private hospital for a physical examination on your own, the validity date of the physical examination is within three months (July-September 7).
