※Introduction to audio-visual service group
The Audiovisual Service Corps was established in 77. It is a service group composed of students, referred to as the Audiovisual Service Corps. The main job is to assist the school's administrative units, departments and student groups in operating sound, lighting and other equipment when they borrow Siwei Hall and Yunxiu Hall. The visual service team selects new members at the beginning of each semester and conducts training. Only after one semester of training and passing the review can they perform on-duty tasks. Students who are interested in practical sound and lighting operations are welcome to join the visual service team.

※Service Description
Assist in operating the equipment at Siwei Hall and Yunxiu Hall. If you want to use the audio-visual equipment in the venue (including but not limited to microphones, speakers, projection screens, Siwei Hall curtains and stage lights, etc.),You should apply for a visual service tour 14 days before the event date. Those who have not applied will not be able to use the advanced equipment.

- Voluntary service period: According to the calendar published each school year,school dayMonday to Friday from 18:22 to XNUMX:XNUMX (excluding temporary applications, temporary applications need to pay the audiovisual service group service fee according to the "National Chengchi University Extracurricular Activities Group Audiovisual Service Team Temporary Application Hourly Salary Calculation Table"),During voluntary service hours, meals are only required to be provided to staff on duty.
- Non-compulsory service period: The service fee of 183 yuan/hour per person on duty must be paid. (Administrative units must apply for temporary manpower in accordance with regulations.)

- Application deadline: Must be before14 days before event dateComplete the application to schedule on-call tour members. If you apply after the deadline, the system will be automatically locked. Please contact the extracurricular group teacher to apply.
- Number of members on duty: Team members who have received complete training will be on duty. The visual service group will arrange 1-4 members on duty according to the complexity of the event and manpower. If you have special needs for the number of people, please go to the visual service group fan page after application (https://www.facebook.com/nccumixer/) explain via private message or contact the extracurricular group. Group members can arrange classes flexibly depending on the situation.
- Schedule inquiry: 24 hours after submitting the application, you can go to the video service group website and click on the "Service Schedule" tab to view it.
- Equipment requirements: After the team members take over, a letter will be sent to the applicant's mailbox 10 days before the event date, and a list of available equipment will be attached. PleaseReply to email 7 days before event date, provide activity procedures and equipment requirements so that we can prepare in advance.
- Sound control room: The equipment and console are operated by members of the visual service team.Event groups are not allowed to enter without permission.
- Equipment use: After the performance, the activity group should cooperate with the members to restore the equipment. If damage is caused by improper use, you should be responsible for repairs or compensation.
- Application time modification: please14 days before event dateLetter(mixer@nccu.edu.tw) or send a private message to the fan page to inform; if notified 5 to 14 days in advance, the group members will not be able to cooperate at the time, and the event group must be responsible for it; notifications within 5 days will not be accepted.
- provisional application:For late applicants, please contact Ms. Zhang Lanni of the extracurricular group (extension: 62237). For temporary applications made 5 to 14 days before the event day, the visual service team will try its best to assist in scheduling, but the event group must bear the risk of no one on duty.Temporary applications are considered as non-compulsory service periods, you must pay the service fee of the on-duty personnel in accordance with regulations. - If you do not read the application instructions in full, or if you have any questions, you do not ask the tour member on duty or send a private message to the fans in advance, resulting in an unhandable situation at the event, the consequences will be borne by the event group.
