The 58th Culture Cup Choir Competition will be held on 12/7 (Saturday). Students are welcome to register to participate..

     Music sheet of self-selected music (6 copies, to be printed in A4 size, if the format does not match, it will not be accepted)

1. In order to encourage students to participate, the implementation points of this competition have been adjusted (Annex XNUMX):

      1. Students from a single department, across departments, or by themselves can be recruited to form a joint team. Each team must have at least 12 members (inclusive), and the joint team must not exceed 30 members (inclusive) (excluding conductors and ensembles).

      2. The total number of registered teams is capped at 35 (inclusive). If more than 35 teams are selected, priority will be given to teams from a single department, and admission will be in order of registration.

      3. In order to encourage students to actively sign up, contestants are not limited to joining a single team.

      4. The basic subsidy amount for each team is 5,000 yuan, and the upper limit of the subsidy is 6,200 yuan.

5. Singing practice venue (Appendix XNUMX):

(一)練唱場地包含資訊大樓11間教室、四維堂琴房、四維堂及雲岫廳，採線上登記制，由參賽隊伍總召於每週一早上8：30起至週四17：00依規定完成場地登記及線上表單。

(2) The extracurricular group will open the singing practice venue for the next week every Friday afternoon.

(3) Each venue is closed except on national holidays. The borrowing period and number of registrations are as follows:

      1.資訊大樓教室：9/9(一)至12/6(五)，每週最多登記6個時段。

      2.四維堂琴房：9/9(一)至12/5(四) (期中考週中午不開放)，每週最多登記2個時段。

     3.四維堂及雲岫廳：11/25(一)至12/5(四)，17:00之後分為兩個時段，兩週得選每一場地的1個時段；17:00以前每一場地每週至多登記2個時段。

        *Please register for two weeks at the Siweitang and Yunxiu Hall venues at the same time from 11/18 (Monday) to 11/21 (Thursday).
