NCCUART WORKER

 Introduction: Since 105, the Arts and Culture Center has been recruiting students and members of the public interested in arts and cultural activities as volunteers. In 109, the name was changed to Arts and Culture Walkers, and the school abolished the service-learning requirement. Walkers are dedicated volunteers with aspirations. The Arts and Culture Center provides art education training and internship opportunities to enhance aesthetic and professional development in the arts. Arts and Culture Walkers are organized by instructors, team leaders, deputy team leaders, and team members. They are divided into groups based on the type of arts program and each has a different specialty.

The "Golden Cup Drama Show" held every May, which is independently written, directed and performed by three groups of Walker, has become a tradition.

◊Recruitment group (Volunteers can freely choose the group when registering, and can change and confirm the group on the day of the recruitment meeting)

[Front Desk Team] Welcome and guide various performances (music, dance, drama, movies, etc.), lectures, workshops, etc.

【Exhibition Team】Assist in the on-site tour guide, curatorial research and exhibition promotion activities of the center’s art and cultural exhibitions.

[Theatre Group] Technical assistance for various programs in the Arts Center and lighting and sound execution of audio-visual hall activities.

◊Eligibility for registration

  Faculty and students of NCTU who are interested in art and cultural activities; those who are willing to receive volunteer training and have a sense of responsibility and can actually participate in services.

◊Registration method

Fill out the form on Google Cloud (Please click）, and fill in the reply before 9:11 pm on September 16 (Thursday); and attend the recruitment briefing meeting in the evening of that day.In addition, the Theater and Front Office teams will hold an additional admissions interview on 09/12 (Friday) on the 3rd floor of the Arts Center. Applicants are requested to reserve the full time slot to facilitate the interview arrangement.
