Note: Those who have applied for tuition and miscellaneous fee exemptions, bursaries for disadvantaged students, and various scholarships and bursaries can also apply for living bursaries without conflict.

1. Application Qualifications: Freshmen and meet the following conditions

(1) Having the nationality of the Republic of China.

(2) Those who meet one of the following conditions:

1. Low-income households or low- and middle-income households.

2. Children from families with special circumstances.

3. Those whose families have encountered emergencies, causing difficulties in their lives.

4. Annual family income is less than NT$90.

3. Receipt location: Overseas Chinese Affairs Office on the third floor of the Administration Building

4. Approved quota: It depends on the school’s funding for the current year, and priority is given based on the family’s financial situation.

Admitted students will be assigned to administrative or teaching units for living and service learning (from October to December, a total of 12 months), and the arranged hours shall not exceed 3 hours per week and 6 hours per month.This includes attending lectures held by various teaching and administrative units of the school or serving as a representative at school-level meetings and academic meetings for 6 hours (including at least 1.5 hours of career lectures).

(2) Students whose families encounter emergencies and changes that cause difficulties in their lives:

Relevant information such as authentic certification documents, annual family income, etc. that have been verified by the department’s tutor or guidance instructor.

(90) Those who do not fall into the above-mentioned status (XNUMX) or (XNUMX) and whose annual family income is less than NT$XNUMX:

1. List of comprehensive income information obtained by the IRS for the entire household (student, parents and spouse).

2. A copy of the household registration (within three months) or a copy of the new household register.
