    *You must reapply for payment under the following two circumstances:
    a. The validity period of the certificate has expired: If the military, public, or educational bereaved pension order or the disability handbook has expired, the application must be made within the application period with the extended pension certificate and the newly issued handicap handbook.
    b. Those who have suspended their studies or retained their student status in the second semester of the 112 academic year and will resume in the next semester should apply within the application period.

    Children of military and public education survivors who have been approved as deceased and are within the pension period are not required to apply again;
    Children of military, public and educational survivors who have not been registered in the school affairs database and who wish to apply for exemption or reduction should present the application form, relevant certificates and "Application form for preferential treatment for children of military and public education survivors” 1 copy must be submitted to the Student and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, and the school will submit a letter to the Ministry of Education for approval before being exempted.

    Disability categories:
     A-4-(1) The total annual income of the accrued population is limited to NT$220 million or less (including separately taxable income). There are three calculation methods as follows::
         a. Students are unmarried: the total number of students, parents or legal guardians of students

              c. If the student is divorced or the spouse dies: the total income of the student

    *The tuition and miscellaneous fee exemption system should accurately fill in and check the ID number of the student and his/her family members. If the ID number is filled in randomly or someone else’s ID number is used fraudulently, the application will not be accepted if the information is incomplete or the qualification will be cancelled, and the tuition and miscellaneous fee exemption amount will be paid. .
    *If the applicant is unmarried and it is unfair to add up with the parents or legal guardian due to parents' divorce, abandonment or other special factors, please fill inStatement of cut off annual income without listing itThey may provide reasons or provide relevant documents, and after review by the school, the parent or legal guardian will be exempted from the calculation.

  •  D-4 Calculation Method for Tuition and Fee Remission for Graduate Students
    The exemption standards for postgraduate and in-service master's programs are based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and shall be based on the maximum amount of exemption for undergraduates in the same college (not calculated based on the base tuition and miscellaneous fees plus the total credit fees multiplied by the exemption percentage). In addition, children with disabilities who are studying in professional master's programs will not be exempted from exemption.
     
  •  D-5 Principles for handling changes in student status after applying for exemption or exemption
    If a student transfers to another school (department), takes a leave of absence, withdraws from school, or is expelled from school during the semester, the fees that have been reduced or reduced for that semester will not be recovered. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, those who have already enjoyed the tuition fee reduction or exemption for the same semester will not be exempted or exempted again if their student status is not upgraded when they resume school or re-enroll or transfer to another school (department). If there are repeated applicants, they will be notified separately to pay the tuition and miscellaneous fees. (recovery).
    For example: If you are a sophomore (last semester), you can apply for exemption or exemption, and you can apply for suspension of study during the semester or transfer at the end of the semester. If you are still a sophomore (last semester) when you return to school, you will not be able to apply.

  •  D-6 Those who do not meet the qualifications, have incomplete information, or are overdue will not be accepted.

  •  D-7 If one of the following circumstances occurs, the tuition and miscellaneous fees will not be reduced or reduced. Those who have been reduced or reduced should be recovered, and those involving criminal liability will be transferred to the judicial authorities for processing:
    (1) The application qualifications are inconsistent with the provisions of this key point.
    (2) Repeat application.
    (3) The documents submitted are false.

   E. Pay verification certificate

  • E-2 If you are required to submit household registration information for the category of application for exemption, please attach the "Original Household Registration Transcript (Detailed Notes)" or "Natural Person Certificate" issued or printed by yourself and your parents or guardians within the last three months. Apply for a copy of the electronic household registration copy (detailed notes) or the new household registration book (detailed notes); if the student's parents, the student himself, and the student's spouse have different registrations, their household registration transcripts or household registers must also be separate.   • E-3 If the certificates/documents submitted by students when applying for tuition and miscellaneous fee exemptions are canceled/cancelled/changed by the issuing authority for any reason before the start of the semester, their qualifications will be canceled in accordance with relevant regulations and the amount of tuition and miscellaneous fee exemptions will be recovered. (Students need to proactively inform the organizer of the school’s overseas student affairs committee)

  • E-4 Those who apply for tuition and miscellaneous fee exemptions in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare's "Special subsidy program for low-income and low-middle-income students who participate in the selection (recommendation) of the Ministry of Education, colleges and universities to study abroad or return to overseas professional internships" must also provide the following document:
    (1) Proof of being recommended by the Ministry of Education and our school for study abroad or professional internship abroad (the seal of the recommending unit must be used).
    (2) The school selects students who have been abroad for more than 183 days and are notified that their (middle) low-income household qualifications have been cancelled. (The letter mentioned that he has lived in China for less than 183 days in the last year).
    (3) Documents proving the qualifications of (middle) and low-income households for the current year (please bring an original and a photocopy of the North City certification documents, and the originals will be returned after inspection; for other county and city certification documents, please provide the originals).
    (4) Household registration information: a copy of the new household registration book or a copy of the household registration applied for within three months (detailed notes are required), and must be listed as the same household as the family members in the certification documents mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
