Students apply for deferment

Legal basis: The Ministry of Education promulgated "Key Points for Students in Senior Secondary Schools and Above to Apply for Deferral of Taxation" 

Precautions:

1.When new students enroll, they must fill out the military service survey of basic information in the student information system and check the option of not yet serving.

2.The Overseas Chinese Student Affairs Committee will take the initiative to recruit new students who have not yet served in the military. Students who are returning students, transfer students, students who have been transferred to another department, and those who have extended their life are exempted from the fee. Students do not need to actively apply. 

3.Overseas Chinese students and foreign students with the nationality of the Republic of China who need to apply for a deferment of recruitment should go to the Overseas Chinese Student Affairs Office in person to apply.

4.If you have received a recruitment order in Yanshengsheng, please bring the recruitment order and proof of enrollment to this group for processing.

5. For students who suspend school, drop out of school, or graduate, our school will, in accordance with the law, compile a list of reasons for deferral of military service for students who left school within XNUMX days from the date of leaving school, and notify the municipality and county (city) government military service units in their place of residence to abolish their military service. After the deferment is approved, the student will receive a draft order for military service.
