2.If students have not logged in to their account at the school, please bring your First Bank or post office account to the Cashier Section of the General Affairs Office on the fifth floor of the Administration Building to log in to facilitate refund processing(For questions related to account login and account entry, please contact the Cashier Team of the General Affairs Office, ext.62123).
3.Students complete the break(Retreat)After completing the procedure, the Overseas Students and Overseas Students Section of the Academic Affairs Office will proactively refund the fees based on the student status information of the Registration Section and the payment information of the Cashier Section. Students do not need to go to the Overseas Chinese Affairs Section in person to handle the refund. The refund will be directly remitted to the student's first bank or post office account.(The refund does not include accommodation fees, accommodation deposits, health insurance premiums for overseas students and foreign students. In addition, if students pay for insurance during the semester of suspension, they are still covered by the student group insurance, so the insurance premium will not be refunded.).
4.To refund the accommodation fee and accommodation deposit, please fill out the check-out application form, go to the dormitory area to check the dormitory, and then go to the Accommodation Section of the Academic Affairs Office on the third floor of the Administration Building to process the refund.(For dormitory-related refund issues, please contact the University Department at ext.62222, please contact the institute at ext.63251).
5.For refunds of health insurance premiums for overseas Chinese students and foreign students, please go to the Overseas Chinese and Overseas Students Section of the Academic Affairs Office respectively.(extension63013), International Education Group, International Cooperation Office(extension62040)handle.
6.The base date for refunds is based on the school's calendar for each academic year.
