Subsidy methods:
Subsidy and acquisition of certificates and certificatesCertificate rewards ■first come first served
|
1. Application instructions : 1. All certificates and licenses must be applied for and subsidized according to the "Professional Certification and Certificate Grading Table of our school". Certificates not in compliance with the school's grading table are not eligible for awards. 2. Applicants who are applying for a license or certificate in the current semester can apply for a subsidy for the registration fee, but the maximum amount of a single subsidy is NT$3,500. Each student can apply up to 5 times per semester, but the same license or certificate can only be applied for a subsidy up to 2 times. 3. Those who obtain certificates in the current semester will be given certificate rewards according to the school's professional certification and certificate classification table. Each student can apply for rewards up to 2 times per semester regardless of the number of certificates. 4. For the same license examination, you can apply for both application subsidy and exam reward. 5. If you apply for or pass the same certificate exam in the current semester as the one you applied for this subsidy in the previous semester, you can also apply for this subsidy (that is, if you apply for/pass the same certificate in different semesters, you can apply for the subsidy, but the payment must be made within the specified period of the current semester). 6. The "recommended departments" on the school's professional certification and certificate grading table refer to the difficulty recommendations provided by the department for the career center to apply for certificates. All students who meet the qualifications of the Hope Seed Cultivation Program can follow the "our school's professional certification" Not only students from the department to which the "recommended department" belongs can apply for the standard certificate examination application and certificate subsidy on the "Certificate Grading Table". 7. This subsidy or award application can be submitted in installments or combined on the same application form. However, please note that funding is limited and the deadline for application is set to avoid the situation where you have already applied for or obtained a certificate but are unable to receive the subsidy because the Career Development Fund has run out of funds. 8. Applications for application subsidies and exam rewards are determined based on the "time point" (i.e. "payment date" and "certificate issuance date") for the first and second semesters. If the time is from June 6 (for new students, it starts from August 9) to December 8, please apply for the first semester subsidy. If the time is from December 1 to June 12, please apply for the second semester subsidy. Applications for overdue certificates or registration materials will not be accepted. In addition, regarding the date of certificate issuance, it is limited to the time when the issuing authority first issues the certificate after the exam (if the certificate is not issued and only the score is displayed, it is determined by the date of announcement of the results). We will not accept the situation where students "re-apply to the issuing authority for the certificate, which results in the issuing authority re-issuing the certificate and the issuance date is postponed." 9. Applicants for the Teacher Qualification Examination should submit their application before June 6, and indicate "Application for Teacher Qualification Examination Registration/Examination Subsidy". After receiving the examination results, please submit a copy of the passed examination materials before July 7. Failure to do so within the deadline will be deemed as giving up the application. 2. Application materials: 1. Proof of application fee subsidy: No original copy is required. Students can apply by providing a copy of the payment certificate, a copy of the receipt, or a copy of the payment certificate or notice provided by the registration unit. However, the order number of the attached receipt must be matched with the payment completion page on the registration unit's website. Only when both are provided can the application be submitted. Convenience store receipts alone are not accepted. 2. If you apply for a certificate and pay in foreign currency, please be sure to go to the Bank of Taiwan website to print the exchange rate on the "Payment Date" notice (must display the spot exchange rate and the field sold by the bank) to facilitate the calculation of the certificate subsidy amount. . 3. Certificate of passing the examination (only applicants applying for examination subsidy are exempt from the requirement). |
