The Seeds of Hope Cultivation Program Department aims to enable disadvantaged students to attend school with peace of mind and not be restricted in their learning and development due to financial factors. Our school plans to provide bursaries and subsidies based on different learning needs, and integrates and creates tutoring resources to promote the "Seeds of Hope Cultivation Program" , the program content provides guidance and assistance in aspects such as financial assistance, academic guidance, career development, internship opportunities, employment matching, and service learning. This plan includes the following measures:Exam discounts,Academic study guidance,career development,diverse learning,Arts Volunteer Service Learning,Career Track Learning Counseling for Special Education Students,as well asAboriginal Student Counselingand so on.

The "Seeds of Hope Cultivation Project" is a project promoted to enable economically disadvantaged students to attend school with peace of mind and not be restricted in their learning and development due to economic factors. It includes financial assistance, academic guidance, career development, internship opportunities and employment matching. Provide tutoring assistance for , service learning and other aspects.
The following are the application qualifications for this program (excluding students on leave of absence, delayed graduation, and part-time students):
1. Students from low-income households
2. Students from low- and middle-income households
3. Students with disabilities
4.Children of persons with disabilities
5. Children or grandchildren from families with special circumstances
*Categories 1~5 above must be eligible for tuition and miscellaneous fee exemptions
6. Aboriginal students
7. Those who have received scholarships from the Disadvantaged Students in Colleges and Universities Student Aid Program
8. Those who have experienced sudden family changes and have been approved by the school
9. Pregnant students or students raising children under 3 years old
10. Students whose family annual income is less than 70 yuan
