Aims and goals of student safety counseling work

(1) Purpose and objectives 
In order to improve student safety guidance and implement the foundation of national defense education, the student safety guidance team, under the guidance of the principal and the supervision of teachers at all levels, uses the existing staff to handle the work of national defense education, student counseling, security maintenance and administrative support, so as to achieve the goals of students The mission of safety coaching. The main work objectives are as follows: 
 1. Strengthen the national defense education of the whole people, enable students to establish a consensus on the national defense of the whole people, and realize the educational purpose of integrating civil and military affairs. 
 2. Assist students with safety guidance, cultivate students' good habits, cultivate noble moral character, and improve their personality development. 
 3. Maintain student safety and strengthen the prevention, notification and handling of accidental disasters. 

(2) Specific implementation plans and actions 
 1. Establish a curriculum teaching research group, with senior or academically specialized instructors as the convener. Seminars are held regularly to define teaching topics, weekly progress, performance evaluation and students' feedback on teaching, etc., in order to enrich teaching content, promote research and development, and improve teaching effectiveness. 
 2. Assign instructors (team members) to serve as guidance instructors (members) for each department (institute) to assist students in safety counseling matters. 
 3. Convene security joint meetings regularly to coordinate and handle various hazardous safety matters in a timely manner to ensure zero disasters. 
 4. Actively promote academic innovation and maximize work efficiency.
(3) Medium and long-term development plans
 1. National defense education and teaching: 
(1) Establish professional teacher qualifications for military training instructors to commit themselves to the research and development of national defense education and teaching. 
(2) Regularly hold academic seminars on national defense science to enhance academic research and cultural exchanges. 
(3) Establish a level-by-level review system for national defense education courses to comply with education reform and development. 
(4) Cooperate with the work of reducing the service period, fully assist the male service students, and cooperate with the promotion of the service men to participate in the second phase of military training.
 2. Human resources 
(1) Improve personnel's counseling skills, encourage participation in various studies, and enhance their professional learning skills. 
(2) Establish a business rotation system to improve business agency efficiency and make full use of human resources. 
(3) Promote the tutor system, strengthen the capacity of student tutoring, and comprehensively, proactively and deepen student tutoring work.
