Article 1 National Chengchi University (hereinafter referred to as the University), in order to strengthen its traffic safety education, cultivate good traffic safety ethics and habits, implement the spirit of law-abiding and courtesy, and establish good traffic order regulations to ensure life safety, according to the Ministry of Education's "School and Society" According to the "Key Points for the Implementation of Traffic Safety Education", the school's Student Traffic Safety Education Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") has been established.
Article 2 The responsibilities of this association are as follows:
1. Review the school’s traffic safety education implementation plan.
2. Supervise and evaluate the implementation of the school’s traffic safety education implementation plan.
3. Study, review and improve the current traffic safety situation in our school and neighboring areas.
4. Training and supervision of the school’s student traffic safety service team.
5. Other matters related to traffic safety education and publicity.
Article 3 The vice president of this association serves as the chairman, and the provost, academic dean, and general secretary serve as the deputy chairman, deans of each college, principal of the attached primary school, director of the military training room, director of the physical and mental health center, life affairs and overseas Chinese students The leader of the counseling group, the leader of the residential counseling group, the captain of the garrison police force, the president of the student union, and the director-general of the graduate student society are ex officio members. In addition, two to four social professionals or enthusiasts from outside the school may be hired as consultants for the association. The members and consultants are all No salary. Members and consultants serve a one-year term and may be renewed upon expiration of their term.
Article 4 The chairman of the association will hold one meeting per semester. If necessary, an ad hoc meeting may be held to discuss the current status of student traffic safety accidents, transportation facilities and publicity and education, and to discuss and make decisions on the school's student traffic safety education. Important items and improvement measures. All relevant units of the school shall cooperate in implementing the resolutions reached during the meeting according to the division of tasks and business management rights and responsibilities.
Article 5 The meeting must be attended by more than half of the members before it can hold a meeting, and only when more than half of the members present agree, can it make a resolution.
Article 6 Matters not stipulated in these regulations shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the relevant regulations of the school.
Article 7 These Measures shall be adopted by the Executive Council and shall be implemented after being promulgated by the Principal. The same shall apply when amended.
