2. On-site processing

[How to deal with minor accidents? 】

(2) Place warning signs at appropriate distances at both ends of the accident site to protect the scene, and do not arbitrarily move the accident vehicle and on-site evidence. Participation and handling of liability for accidents

[How to deal with criminal liability? 】
(6) If someone is injured in the accident and the parties are unable to reconcile, please take the initiative to file a complaint with the investigation team of the branch or the local court within 6 months of the accident.
