1. Application time: Complete the sales point application process within thirty days (including holidays) from the date of announcement.

2. Things to note: 
1. The points registration announcement will be posted on the accommodation group and dormitory bulletin board, and an email notification will be sent at the same time. Those who want to apply for the points cancellation must complete the following application process within 8 days from the date of the registration announcement (including holidays). Please pay close attention to the students. [※The accommodation team’s office hours are Monday to Friday from 5 am to XNUMX pm, please pay attention to early delivery. 】
2. The application for a service sales point is calculated based on an event. Each sales point requires 1 hours of service. The service sales point hours for the event must be completed within three months after the application is approved. If the service cannot be completed in full during this period, the service will not be completed. be cancelled.

After filling out the "Application Form"
Please take the form in person and submit it to the life counselor of your dormitory for signature
Submit the "Application Form" to the Accommodation Counseling Team
Before paying, please be sure to have the stamp approved by the accommodation team service desk to verify the payment date.
(Students are asked to keep the "Service Execution Form" by themselves and return it after completing the hours)
The accommodation guidance team will receive the application form and send an email notification after approval.

►Execution services

Bring the "Service Implementation Form" to the dormitory area to fill in the service items and start execution
After each execution is completed, it will be signed by the certification unit.
After all hours have been completed, return the "Service Implementation Form" to the dormitory life counselor and send it to the accommodation guidance team for approval.
