1. Application time: Complete the reward and punishment appeal process within thirty days (including holidays) after the point announcement date.

2. Things to note: 
1. The point registration announcement will be posted on the accommodation group and dormitory bulletin board. Those who want to apply for points must complete the appeal process within thirty days (including holidays) from the date of the points announcement. Please pay close attention to it. [※The accommodation team’s office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, please pay attention to early delivery. 】
2. Complaints from dormitory students should be made in writing, stating specific facts and attaching relevant information. The same case can only be made once.
3. The complainant may withdraw the complaint in writing before the committee has issued a decision.
4. For relevant detailed procedures, please see the "Measures for Handling Complaints about Rewards and Punishments in the Student Dormitory of National Chengchi University".
5. If you have any other questions, you can also contact the teacher in charge of the registration and sales of illegal points in the dormitory.

Download the form "National Chengchi University Student Dormitory Reward and Punishment Complaint Form" from the website of the Accommodation Counseling Team.

After filling out the "Complaint Form"
Please describe the complaint and demands, and attach relevant supporting documents.
↓
Submit the "Complaint Form" to the Accommodation Counseling Team
After accepting the appeal, it will be submitted to the Board of Regents and the complainant will be notified by email or phone of relevant matters for review.
