Application for refund (additional) dormitory fee shall be processed in accordance with the standards of Article 13 of the Student Dormitory Counseling and Management Regulations of our school, as follows:

Until 2 weeks before school starts

You can apply to change your registration payment slip and be exempted from paying accommodation fees for free.

Departure date specified at the end of term(*1/31)Starting from the next day, you must first pay the accumulated day-by-day extension fee.(*General dormitory150yuan/day;*Ziqiangshishe: Single Suite350yuan/Japanese and double suites250yuan/Day), you can apply for a refund or exchange.

The students must first pay the daily residence fee(*non-ZihCiang Residence Hall 10: NT$: 150 per day per person; *ZihCiang Residence Hall 10: NT$: 350 per day per person for single room; NT$: 250 per day per person for twin room) accumulated daily from the day after the official date(*1/31). All residents are required to move out of the dorm, in order to apply for a refund or have dorm fee removed from the tuition bill .

Within 2 weeks before the start of school to the day before the start of school

After paying the "Delayed Check-in Fee" of NT$500, you can apply for a full refund of the accommodation fee or change the registration payment slip to avoid paying the accommodation fee. However, in addition to paying the "delayed check-in fee" of NT$500, guests who have already checked in must also pay the accumulated daily delay check-in fee starting from the check-in date before they can apply for a refund or exchange.

Non-refundable accommodation fees

 The extension fee paid by continuing dormitory students who apply to withdraw from the dormitory before the start of the semester shall be capped at one-third of the dormitory fee.

 Those who do not plan to stay after paying the summer accommodation fee should attach the payment receipt before the start of the summer accommodation and go to the Accommodation Counseling Team for a full refund. Late applications will not be accepted.
