Check-out procedure

►Check out before the semester (cancel/give up the right to stay in the next semester)

Please download and fill out: "Check-out Application Form"


Suitable:
1. New dormitory students who have not moved in must apply to check out before the start of the semester.
2. Former dormitory students who apply to cancel their extension application for the next semester or summer stay before the start of semester (or summer) stay are still in the dormitory.
 

►Application process

Fill out and print the "Registration Application Form One Semester Before"
Go to the dormitory section to make a check-out note, exchange the registration payment slip or refund the fee



Note: If you have paid the summer residence fee and do not plan to stay, you should attach the payment receipt before the summer residence begins and go to the dormitory guidance team for a full refund. If the "accommodation fee payment receipt" is lost, you can go to iNccu to get a replacement.


 

 

►Moving out of dormitory and refunding "accommodation deposit" (moving out of the dormitory in the middle/end of the semester)

Please download and fill out: "Application Form for Check-out and Refund of "Accommodation Deposit""

►Operation process

During the semester

Fill out and print the "Application Form for Check-out and Refund of "Accommodation Deposit""
 Bring the above form to the dormitory service desk (check the dormitory signature)
Bring the above form and "Accommodation Payment Receipt" to the Accommodation Section (Administrative Building 3rd Floor) within three days to apply for a check-out note, check-out fee or accommodation deposit

end of semester

Fill out and print the "Application Form for Check-out and Refund of "Accommodation Deposit""
 Bring the above form to the dormitory service desk (check the dormitory signature)

 

Note:

  1. Those who only refund the accommodation deposit do not need to submit the accommodation fee receipt; if the "accommodation fee payment receipt" is lost, it can be replaced by iNccu.
  2. The accommodation team will create a register and transfer it to the account registered by the students (on the National Chengchi University website - current students - personal basic information).
  3. For those who want to leave the dormitory within one week before the required departure date at the end of the semester, this form can be submitted to the "dormitory area service center/service desk".
  4. Overseas Chinese and foreign students who left the country after leaving the dormitory and whose account has been settled and are unable to collect the money should fill in the "Application Form for Refund of Accommodation Deposit" to the Remittance Agent. Foreign exchange students should apply for refund at the relevant office. Accommodation security deposit".

 


 

 

For overseas students and foreign students (including visiting graduate students), if they need to remit the accommodation deposit to the account of the agent,


Suitable:  

If you return to your country immediately after leaving, your domestic account in Taiwan has been settled and you are unable to receive the accommodation deposit, or you are a foreign student who does not have an account in Taiwan. You can apply for the accommodation deposit to be transferred to the account of your representative before departure.

Note: When moving out of the dormitory, you must still print out the "Resident Student Check-out and Refund of Accommodation Deposit Application Form" according to the above check-out procedures.
