In order to make the functional venues of our school dormitories (disclosed on the following webpage) fully exert their functions and maintain the tranquility of the dormitories, relevant venue management and use regulations have been formulated and services for application for borrowing are provided.

1. Borrowing objects: The teaching units, administrative units and student groups of the school will not accept individual applications.

2. Opening hours

(3) In principle, we will not be open on Sundays, national holidays, large-scale event days on campus, and two weeks before and after the first day of school.

3. Borrowing procedures

(1) To borrow this venue, an application must be made one week before the date of use, and the kitchen will not be loaned out separately.

(2) When borrowing by student clubs, they must first obtain approval from the extracurricular activities group.

(3) To borrow this venue, you should fill out a borrowing application form and submit it to the accommodation team for approval. The borrowing procedure must be completed and the fee paid one week before the date of use.

(4) If the borrowed unit needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, the accommodation team should be notified one week before the date of use, and no transfer is allowed without permission. If you cancel the borrowing, you can apply for a refund of the originally paid fee. If you cancel the borrowing with overdue notification, the paid fee will be refunded in proportion to the number of overdue days.

(5) If rehearsals or previews are necessary, they should be submitted when applying for borrowing, and relevant fees should be paid.

(6) If the management unit needs to use the venue temporarily due to special emergencies, it may notify the original borrowing unit to reschedule. If the rescheduling cannot be made, the paid fees will be refunded without interest. The borrowing unit shall not object or request compensation.

4. Precautions

(1) Must abide by government laws, school rules and regulations related to self-improvement.

(2) The activity content should be consistent with the registration application content.

(3) If the borrowed area includes a kitchen, an administrative staff member, division commander or one person must serve as the on-site person in charge to maintain safety.

(4) The activities shall not damage the buildings or equipment of the venue. If there is any damage, the renting unit shall be responsible for compensation.

(5) Without permission, you are not allowed to enter areas or accommodation areas that are not open for borrowing.

(6) Without permission, no ticket booths, posters or slogans may be posted around the venue.

(7) If there is a need to install other equipment by yourself, it should be stated in the application form and handled on-site together with the service center personnel.

(8) The venue needs to be cleaned and restored after use. If there are related expenses incurred due to failure to restore and clean the venue, the borrowing unit shall be responsible for it.

(9) The items in the borrowed unit must be kept by themselves, and the venue is not responsible for the storage.

(10) The deposit can only be refunded after it has been checked by the service center staff after the loan is completed.

(11) Anyone who violates the above regulations will not be allowed to borrow the venue again within one year, except for the immediate suspension of use.

 

5. Charging standards: The restaurant and kitchen are charged separately, and each borrowing time is based on four hours as the minimum billing unit. For extended use time, site maintenance and management, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, etc. fees will be charged proportionally.

(9) Those who borrow the dining hall and kitchen more than 10 times in a semester will be given a 8% discount on venue maintenance and management fees starting from the 18th time; those who borrow the restaurant and kitchen more than 19 times in total will be given a 6% discount on the venue maintenance and management fees starting from the 8th time. In order to facilitate site management, each unit is encouraged to evaluate the number of times it needs to be used in a semester and pay the fee in one go. Then, a 6% or XNUMX% discount on site maintenance and management fees can be given according to different preferential conditions.
