Notice for graduate students applying to extend their stay in the dorms or canceling assignments for 2020 Spring Semester

Notice:During the Chinese New Year (1/23-1/27), all service of the Dormitory will be closed temporarily.

 

Applying to extend their stay

I. Eligibility:  

Graduate students living in the dorms that have not  surpassed the maximum stay as stipulated by the university may apply.

Ph.D. students who moved into campus dorm  prior to Spring 2016 and have stayed for eight semesters are required to move out .

Graduate students who moved into campus dorm  prior to Spring 2018 and have stayed for four semesters are required to move out .

II. Application methods and period: 

Please proceed with online application between Dec. 9 and Dec. 16, 2019.  Path: 「iNCCU愛政大」( https://i.nccu.edu.tw/Login.aspx)   → NCCU Information System → Students→ Accommodation → Dorm Application(學生住宿申請) → 「碩博士班108學年第2學期宿舍續住申請」。

Late applications  are not accepted; we will assume you do not need to continue your stay in the dorms.

 

Canceling Dormitory Assignments for the 2020 Spring

Students who exceed the maximum stay as stipulated by the university or who cancel their dormitory assignment for the 2020 spring semester should:

A. Fill out the Pre-semester Application for Canceling the Dorm Assignments (attachment A) and submit it to the Student Housing Service Section before 5p.m., Dec 16 (Mon), 2019 in order to remove the dorm fee from the tuition bill for the spring semester.

B. Move out of the dormitory before 12 p.m., January 31 (Fri), 2020. Fill out the Application for Leaving the Dorm/Deposit Refund (Attachment B) and request the dormitory desk to stamp your application form on the day you move out. Then submit the form to the Student Housing Service Section during office hours to start the refund process for the dormitory deposit.
