Announcement of 2015 Dorm Application for NCCU Outstanding Students and Students of Low‐ income Families

I. According to “Dorm Application Guidelines for NCCU Outstanding Students and Students of Low‐income Families” (Attachment 1).

II. Who can apply: Outstanding NCCU students that have made a positive contribution to the school and students from low‐income families, or students that have recently experienced a crisis.

III. When to apply: form March 9, 2015 to March 17 (by 17:00PM), 2015; late applications will not be accepted.

IV. How to apply:If you would like to apply, please download and print the application form (Attachment 2). Bring the completed application along with all other required documents to the Student Housing Service Section Office (3F of Administration Building) before the deadline.

V. The limit of stay of students who passed through the verification is one academic year from September, 2015 to June, 2016. (Graduate students whose applications are approved will be assigned to two‐person rooms and their limit of stay will be the same limit as all other graduate students.)

VI. The following students qualify for a reserved space in the dorms; there is no need for these students to re‐apply.   

  1. Students with physical or mental disabilities with proper medical certification from Ministry of Health and Welfare or from Ministry of Education
  2. Students with a low‐income card from the Department of Social Welfare from their city or county of permanent residence Student Housing Service Section
