Notice for Dormitory Room Replacement Application for graduate students in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2024

i. Applicants: Current residing graduate students(degree students only)

ii. Application Periods: January 3(Wed) 2024,  9:00a.m.  to 4:00p.m

iii. Application Procedures: Online Application. Login in to the system, select the empty beds or exchange beds with other applicants. Your replacement succeed once you get the confirmation

iv. Precautions:
(i.) Once you make the room replacement, the information will be updated in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2023, and the original room will be available for others.

(ii.) For twin rooms, please make sure that your bed number matches with the system. ※ Bed number 1 indicates the right or lower bed while number 2 indicates the left or upper bed.

(iii.) After confirmation, please print the「Application Form For Room Transfer」in system.

Please keep the form and submit it to the service desk of the new dormitory when moving into the new room.

(iv.) Time for moving to the new room: Please finish your move-out before 12:00 PM. Jan. 31st (Wed) 2024 or arrange move-out and move-in time with each other before Jan. 31st if you wish to finish it earlier.
