The Construction & Maintenance Section is reponsible for fixing items in university student halls of residence for the following issues:
- Mechanical Noise/Failure
- Power/electrical problems
- Air conditioning
- Walls and windows
In student halls of residence, all repairs are performed by NCCU workers or contractors hired by NCCU. Students should not attempt to fix any damage or make any repairs themselves.
Breakages or repairs in your halls (such as lifts, light bulbs, faulty electrical items) should be reported to the building manager or through the online system.

2. select the items to be repaired and report the problem (international students are strongly suggested to have someone to help filling the form)
