111學年新生參加體檢總人數為4,016人,體重適中者佔60.06﹪;體重過輕佔16.91%;體重過重佔13.37%;肥胖佔9.66%。整體結果本校新生體位異常者佔39.94%,較全國相同族群體位異常者48.17%低。體位適中人數達六成以上較高於全國相同族群體位適中率5成。且體檢腰圍異常率13.66%也比全國相同族群腰圍異常率16.22%來的低些。
In order to promote healthy posture among students and improve the abnormal posture rate of nearly 4%, we organize healthy posture classes and practice healthy eating and regular exercise to prevent the early occurrence of metabolic syndrome and related diseases. It is planned to be planned by a team that invites doctors, nurses, nutritionists, sports and fitness professionals and other related fields to provide guidance, develop multiple action plans through different strategies, build students' knowledge of healthy postures, and practice them in daily life.
The action plan plans to plan the activity of "Keep your mouth open, open your legs, drink more water and be healthy", which will be carried out using lectures, demonstrations, implementations and prize-based answer questions to attract and encourage all school staff, faculty and students to participate in improving the knowledge and implementation of healthy eating. Exercise regularly and develop good sleeping habits to promote and maintain a healthy posture or self-care methods.
