Notice for Extending Residence Application for Graduate Dorm Residents for the 2020 Spring Semester

I. Application Requirements:

Current graduate dorm residents for the 2020 Spring Semester

II. Extension Restrictions and Fee Standards:

The period designated for extending residence application extends from June 30 to July 15, 2020. Dorm fees are based on the number of days of extended residence.

NTD 350 per day is required for the extended residence in any single room and NTD 250 for one person per day for a twin-bed room in ZhiChang Dorm 10.

NTD 150 for one person per day is required for ZhiChang Dorm 1-3 and JhuangJing Dormitory 9.

III. Application Time Period

On-site registration will be held at the Student Housing Service Section between May 12 and  May 13, 2020. Payment must be made on site with cash. The application process will not be completed until a receipt is submitted to the Student Housing Service Section. Please be aware that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, even if an applicant decides not to extend his/her residence.

IV. Notes:

Dorm residents are required to move out of the dorm no later than the date indicated on the application. All residents must pass a move-out inspection conducted by staff members of the dorm’s Front Desk before 12:00 p.m. on the stipulated day and submit the move-out inspection checklist to the Student Housing Service Section for a refund. For example, an applicant who requested to move out on July 10 should move out their dorm by 12:00 p.m. on July 10.
