►Canceling Dorm Assignment

FOR...

  • For students that have not moved into the dorms and want to cancel their dorm assignment before the semester begins
  • Or current dorm residents that want to cancel their dorm assignment for the following semester or summer term – this application must be submitted before semester or summer term begins

Procedure For Canceling Dorm Assignment

Take your completed Application for Canceling the Dorm Assignment
↓
to the Student Housing Service Section to process your exit record, to remove fee from the tuition bill or to process the dorm fee reimbursement.

Note: Students that have already paid the summer dorm fee, if you no longer plan to stay in the dorms during summer vacation. Please bring your receipt of payment to the Student Housing Service
Section before the start of the summer dorm term to get a full refund.

  • For students that want to move out of the dorms and apply for dorm deposit retrurn.

Procedure For Moving out of the Dorms

Mid-semester :

Take your completed Application for Leaving the Dorm / Deposit Return
↓
 Resident Hall service counter (to inspect the room)
↓
Student Housing Service Section
(on the 3rd floor of NCCU Administration Building, within 3 days of inspection bring your receipt for dorm payment to process your exit record, dorm fee reimbursement, or dorm deposit refund)

Note: If you lose the receipt for dorm payment you may request another one at the Office of the Cashier on the 5th floor of the Administration Building of NCCU.


End of the semester：


Take your completed Application for Leaving the Dorm / Deposit Return
↓
 Resident Hall service counter (to inspect the room)
